Elective ultrasound:
All ultrasound sessions are performed my RDMS and DMS for entertainment not for medical diagnosing or treatment.
Ultrasound sessions here at Haylo 3D imaging will not be a substitute for medical care, we advise that you continue your prenatal care from your physician.
Signing a liability waiver:
When entering our facility you agree by signing the consent form giving us permission to preform your ultrasound and agreeing to the terms that you release to the company Haylo 3D Imaging and its staff from any liability for all known and unknown findings or conditions of the fetus.
NO REFUND POLICY
All are sales are final once session is performed! We will be sure during the session to inform moms of their babies are not cooperating and give them a choice to reschedule if not happy with results!
Payment is required in full before and or after session
Use of Ultrasound Images
All images taken here at our facility will be used on our website, social media and or in advertising no compensation is provided!
